You could be right about prototypes, I don't follow the trials scene.

And just for the record, I posted that just after getting home from a few drinks with old friends, so don't take it to seriously.

No problem,, I remember seeing several "new models" that were due out.. as I dont follow it much either I thought they actually did produce them.. I wonder if these will even get produced??

I read that it has one injector in the intake and one in the crankcase. That would make it not a DI motor, but still injected. Whether the article I read was accurate or not I can't say. If true, I suspect it will be easier to tune and get the throttle response right with this setup. A DI setup could potentially give cleaner emissions and more power if done right, but doing it right might cost a whole lot (bimota went under trying a while back and still didn't get it to work well).
