ssmschulz: Hope you can make it. Brakes are overrated, they only slow you down.

Scorpion: Have a fun and safe ride. Some guys I know are attempting to ride it on small bikes. Like on XR100 small.

10:00 am black Friday at the end of Estates road. No stopping to shop.

10:am meet at the end of Estates Rd. Where the pavement ends and the dirt begins. Ride to Bedell Flats, Winnemucca Ranch..Cotton Canyon..there-a-bouts. Dirt and trail ride.

Four riders on a trip through the the N. valleys. Two new friends one old

Riding tomorrow. Meet at the four way intersection in Silver Springs at the Shell Station, diagonal from the Silver Strike Casino. Lahontan Walker River Schurz Yerington Smith Valley Desert Creek Wellington Sunrise Pass El Dorado Canyon Dayton. Mostly dirt, minimal pavement, lots of rocks, boulders, deep sand, difficult technical sections, a little single track. Plan on it turning into a night ride, with the last hour or two in the dark. Around two hundred miles. Two XR650's.

I can't believe I just now found this thread, I'm in Dayton, will be watching/trying to catch some of these rides.

I fixed the problem that prevented me from riding on Saturday (enduro bars, tight cables, engine speed wasn't matching traveling speed)

My forecast is it will rain Sunday, but not Saturday. But who knows.
