Thumb cooking

I've had a large pot of pinto beans cooking since noon.
I figured that was the best use for that big ham-bone that was left from Thanksgiving.

Baking a Mexican casserole that was in the freezer to go with 'em.

BIL is back from the Duck Hunt & took us to Chinese Buffet after Colleen got her duck breast he brought her in the freezer.

We did not have to do dishes or clean a mess.

Yeah guys thanks, I am feeling better. Magoo and I went to my H.I. house yesterday and cleaned out all the crap the tenant left behind and that was my first venture into the great outdoors since I got sick.

The bug I had sure as heck takes you to la la land. Yeah, I know it's a short trip to la la land for me anyway.
