one of the best rides i had this year. i must have done >350 miles. came home pretty tired. my android somehow swallowed most of my pics, and GoPro battery died through most of fun stuff. i'll post some from GoPro later when i get to sort through them and upload them.
nice meeting everyone, would like to do it again!

Yes it was a very fun ride. Thanks for leading CJ! A great group of people. Hope to ride with you all again sometime. I had several first's for a day ride on the KLR. First sun up to sun down all day ride. 310 miles indicated total. Worst mileage ever in the morning between Morrison & CS, 40 (mostly 70-75). 2 gals for the 80 miles. Best mileage ever from CS to Victor, to Hartzel, to Lake George, to Woodland Park to Deckers to Sedalia to home, 56 (max indicated speed 80). 4 gals for the 235 miles. Most oil used in one day 1/2 sight glass. Probably from the first 80 high speed miles. I'm ready to go again. When's the next ride?

Great ride! Thanks to everyone for coming out. I totally spaced the camera too. Looking forward to seeing some pictures if anyone has any. Maybe we can do an "end of the world ride" on 12-21-12 if the hills aren't packed with snow by then.

![]() few random grabs here, some are better than others: https://picasaweb.google.com/1068866...eat=directlink i have a few videos, but no good way to edit around them. can someone recommend a good/quick video trimming tool? something where you can take a 5 min video and cut out boring parts in many different spots?

Any of those roads sidecar-able? Looks like a fun time, and I'd love to go for a ride with the dog and all y'all sometime.
Nice videos, looks pretty fun!

we didn't do anything crazy so all roads were wide enough for a sidecar, but if dog means canine, i can't imagine they like bumpy off road rides. what is your sidecar attached to?

It's a Ural, so the sidecar is attached to some 1940's technology. The dog doesn't mind the bumpy roads at all. She just stands in the tub and takes it all in. Can't really go fast enough to get into trouble. :)
