I bought an Evoque back in July and I really do enjoy it, especially the 27 mpg hwy. This is my 3rd Rover product and I have been more than happy with all of them, although I doubt that this one will go up Poison Spider Mesa like the others have. The local dealer has trips to Wind-Rock so I'll join them and see how it does in the mud. There is even a button to push for that.

I thought so too chap - can think of plenty of other 'SUVs' that would've had a tougher time...

I wouldn't like to take my MB 4x4 up there for a start.

And probably not the Shogun (Montero in USese) either.

Not without a Landie to tow me out when I needed it, anyway!

we had a storm the other day, the only damage was the ariel being bent. the radio didn't work anyway

What more can a man ask for in life

I started with a 1983 110 County V8 back in the 90's then late 00's came back to the fold with a 300 TDi Disco and replaced that early this year with a L322 TD6. The RR is a superb machine that runs rings around both the others on road and off road but looses out on maintenance costs

My parents have a Freelander 1 TD4 that goes places it shouldn't and a Series 1 86" which will be sold early next year. My 80 year old dad broke his leg while hiking last month so they have decided to sell the S1 and he would like to get a FL2.
