badass! Can you plate it since it is an enduro? Usually, those came plate able so they could be raced in enduros that contained street portions to get to different courses.

Not an Enduro, pure MX version. Headlight was added and spark arrestor to allow it to be ridden in the forests of PA. No tail/brake light. If I can find some old guys running Hare Scrambles I may try it out. Been many years, last was 1974.......

Neat Bike! If it were a WR and not a CR I'd have been so damn jealous I wouldn't have even posted just sat here stewing.
That bike looks pristine...is it a resto or just a rare bike that wasn't ridden much? Congrats either way - the old Huskies actually made in Sweden are rare birds indeed. Edit - your left leg getting a workout??

The bike was in pretty good shape. Needed a swing arm, chain and sprockets, and a good cleaning up. I still need to find a carb boot.
What could go wrong???? I hear ya. Quit the MX business in '74 after a broken leg at Lake Sugartree........ I'm old now but I'm slow.......

My buddy has the WR430 version that looks a lot like that save for the full lighting which is why I asked. His can be plated here in NM but he has left it sit for about 6 years now due to a faulty ignition system. I wish I had bought it when it went bad for the 500 he was asking. it is as cherry as yours.

I've always loved the looks of those years. Everything just seems right if you know what I mean. Typical Husky though, thing is taller then I am.

I'm 5'11" tall and have an issue with kick starting this thing. My 1150GS is short compared to the Husky. I have to stand on my toes while in the saddle.
