Rawhyde Advanced Training, and Wee-strom review

Hey folks,

just a heads-up for the next issue of Overland Journal (Gear 2013), we will be reviewing the V-Strom 650 that we had on long-term test (and took into the dirt, the rocks, and some deep water), and also Scott will be doing a detailed feature on the Rawhyde Advanced Training program. Both should be fun reads. You can pre-order through http://store.overlandjournal.com/

And I also wanted to take a minute to thank everyone who emailed me about the BMW PD R100GS article I wrote for the Winter issue. That was a fun bike to ride and to review, since it has so much character and history. Big thanks to fellow ADV forum member Ray D. who loaned us the bike for the review.

We're always looking for more bike content in the Journal, so if you have a cool bike, or a cool story, drop me a line at ray (@) overlandjournal.com

Cheers

Ray H.

Here's one page from the RawHyde Article. Looks like fun.
