Made a POI GPX file, how to get it on Montana?

(Searched here for "POIMaker" first, no hits)

Using a Mac...

Used JaVaWa's POI Maker to create a POI file (GPX) but the instructions end with the creation of the GPX file. How do I get it on the Montana?
Do I just copy the file onto the USB linked Montana? Do the files need their own sub-dir?
Do I use JaVaWa Device Manager?
Another utility?

I use the Garmin POI loader utility. It is free. http://www8.garmin.com/products/poiloader/

It can also be loaded and run off a microSD card in the gps.
