Okay, today turned out to be relatively mild and it stayed dry, so I went for a ride! Great stuff.

And I also grabbed the 1700's flagstone tag:

The "Chateau de Monthey" (Castle of Monthey) is in fact much older - from the early 14th century, but it has been added on and rebuilt all the time. This was the oldest flagstone I could find and reach by bike.

Now go and find me an artistically sculptured tree or bush:

And nice bike!

The hotel tag would be one for me, but there's no riding at the moment. It's bloody cold and deluge has come over us. Raining/snowing nonstop since Sunday.....

In a week's time I'll be going to Hawai'i, that should be better.

Thanks! I'm quite fond of my cargo hack. It's about all I ride anymore. Perfect for commuting and running errands. I just got back from the grocery store with a sidecar full of food. I can't do that on my two-wheelers.

The hotel ought to be easy for the European crowd. Sadly here in the US, chains are far more prevalent. The small independent hotels were always my favorite when I lived and traveled in Europe.

Points for creativity. I once attempted to grab a "gun on a pole or stick" tag after it had sat for weeks with this.
