Couple of pics along the CDR this Summer
BTW the sleepy Tenere was the result of trying to go up Fleecer from S-N. In hindsight not a great idea but had to give it the ole college try.....

That was taken at the top at California pass up the footpath beyond the sign. Looking down at the back of the sign.

I did the Alpine Loop from Lake City to Silverton.

I did the same loop with my XR650L 2 years before and the S10 certainly wasn't as nimble as the XR but passed with flying colors. The traction control (tcs2) was a must in my opinion. I tried a few steep climbs with Tcs off and it was a handful.

Correct. Good plate. However, still possible to smash the headers with it on DAMHIK. A few have reported clearance issues at installation.

I would buy again. Pricey though...

Thanks guys! Really put the S10 through its paces on that trip. I couldn't imagine a better bike with the combination of slab and trail in 9k miles. One set of tires for the whole trip too!(K60s).
