Need mufflers options for a '74 Honda CB350F

For the originals 4 in to 4, but they are expencive.

Once in a "pinch", I used Volkswagon Bug baffled tailpipes. Used to be under $20.00 each.
A little on the LOUD side but better than straight pipes.




Once I went as far to use stainless steel plumbing pipes with "Snuff - or - Nots"


Of course "Snuff or Nots" were $2.99 back then...

I'll bet that if a person had just a fraction of the mufflers that were tossed before those were installed, they could be very rich off eBay today!

Yup...in 1974 I hacked off the good mufflers on my 1971 Honda 500-4 in favor of straight pipes......the mufflers went into the trash.

My Brother pulled the 4 to 4 system off his 1970 750-4 for a Kerker header. The system hung on his garage wall for 8 years in perfect condition. He sold it to a guy for $50.00 in the late 70's.

The mufflers are the same as on my 350f. The were made by MIVV in italy and unfortunately they stopped making them sometime after the economy went down. I was lucky enough to get mine from a fellow that had an extra set. Maybe in enough folks email MIVV they will make another run of them.

Somewhere, in a musty old warehouse, lies dozens of aftermarket mufflers, niclely chromed that fit that old bugger. If only we could connect with them. J.C. Whitney must have purged them by now...

Dammit, hoodelly, that's NOT what I wanted to hear! He was supposed to come up with some unknown mystery source that I could call tomorrow with a CC number and get some pipes at a decent price! Maybe he still will, but yeah, I thought they might be those (unobtainable) MIVV pipes.
