We've been corresponding. They inquired about staying with us (via the tent space thread) I heard from them yesterday. They're on their way to Minneapolis from Denver, they'll try to make it to Rapid City, South Dakota today. Daniella has come down with the flu. It's windy here 40-60MPH so I would expect them to hole up until she gets better. If they stop by our place I'll be sure to give an update.

I always get interested in trips/adventures like this. Perhaps because I always wanted to do something similar but never got the time to do it. I know... excuses... excuses... but really, the choices I took in life limited my chances of such travels. Happy to see some people have the courage to do it!

Good to know they are doing good except for the flu.

Hi Folks... I'm sorry for not update this thread.

Last news is that luckylly we skiped all the snow and now we are in Florida, we sent the inmortal KLR to our country 2 days ago and now we will travel without the bike to NYC, my girlfriend wants a white snow so I have to accomplish that.

I will update this in this days.
