Yep. Not just a pull-off either. It goes over the Los Padres range thru Fort Hunter Liggett to 101.

Ran it this past August on my tail end of a nearly 4000 mile loop from LA up to Montana and back. OMG! That's a great stretch of pavement. Almost got dizzy after 4 trillion turns in 25 miles. Also, an excellent opportunity to take a picture of your bike next to a tank...
