Hey SMIBs, we're trying to come up with a date for a campout next year and nothing really works until Memorial Day weekend. Just trying to get a feel from you guys that would normally make if being on a holiday weekend would be a deal breaker for ya.

H14, Sounds good to me. Riding with friends is always a holiday. Hell, it fits 4/5 of the criteria!

hol·i·day [hol-i-dey]
noun
1. a day fixed by law or custom on which ordinary business is suspended in commemoration of some event or in honor of some person.
2.any day of exemption from work ( distinguished from working day ).
3. a time or period of exemption from any requirement, duty, assessment, etc.: New businesses may be granted a one-year tax holiday.
4. a religious feast day; holy day, especially any of several usually commemorative holy days observed in Judaism.
5. Sometimes, holidays. Chiefly British . a period of cessation from work or one of recreation; vacation.

That's good scotch Denis! When you get a chance, try Dalmore Cigar Malt. Very similar.

I'd like to do it earlier when more gates are open during Spring Gobbler season but between Rick's RDV, LF, and work schedule it just ain't happening.

Thanks 6. Been sampling all the scotches from the ABC store. So far my favorites are: Laphroaig, Macallan, and Aberloure; I've been told that Lagavullin is another one I have to try.

Sorry to hear about the bag-O-dicks at work, but yeah, you might be better off waitting 'till you get home! I had a second one just for you!

Lagavullin is an excellent scotch. When you get finished wading through the Scottish Malts, you'll have to visit the Irish Malts. Truly the water of life.

Hey Kevin! I'm still here. Sorry I haven't posted much lately, I haven't been riding much lately either. Just working a lot and trying to convince the wife that she would look great in a Desert Camo Ural Gear Up.

It hasn't been working so far.

I have a bottle of Lagavullin and it's good to go! My neighbor gave me a glass of a good one about a month ago but I'll be damned if I can remember what it was.
