On another note.
Some of you heard about how some of my family and I remodeled my Mom's kitchen a a suprise for her while she ws out of town for a few weeks, We finished at about 7pm and I picked her up from the airport at midnight. Very close finish.
Without the help of Kelly we would not have been done in time.
Kelly was not pleased that I paid for his dinner, my dad taught me it was the right thing to do for someone that helps you as much as Kelly did.

Dad has been dead 14yrs. Kelly, you do not get to argue with dad.

Thanks from all my clan.
As I said before, it was worth it seeing the expression on your mom's face in that one pic. As for argueing with you or your dad, there is no problem there either as ghosts give me the hebee jeebees! Your dad did a good job on raising you.

- That's funny! John, no offense, but the thought of a guy giving another guy a massage just not too appetizing...

Damn that's cold out! I hate winter.

Xackery.

On a different note, I don't remember seeing anything on this thread from Piffle aka Brian since leaving Mesa AZ. Am assuming he made it to Lotus Land (Vancouver) OK?

I could so move back to the coast. The 10 years I spent on the "island" at Comox were to die for. I lived in the back of Courtenay - we'd usually get a dump of snow every winter which would stay for 2, maybe 3 weeks tops. In Comox it would snow less, and be gone quicker! If you can suffer the rain, you could pretty much ride motorcycle close to year round! Man it rains a lot there over the winter, and very cloudy/overcast over the winter too - you'd be lucky to get 2 or 3 days sunshine a month Dec to March period - not for everyone.

I'm currently on the ferry from Vancouver Island, headed for the mainland.
Leaving the bike in Richmond until Feb when I'll return and head south again.
Back in the Winterpeg tomorrow.
Cheers, Brian

Sad part is I emailed Jack about five days ago about leaving the bike in Mesa, but didn't hear back, so I booked a flight for tomorrow. Guess who I hear from as I'm waiting in line for the ferry today?!!
Damn damn damn!!! I would have loved to retrace my ride on hwy 101!
Just as well, work is piling up in the 'Peg.

Good luck on the job hunt, though. I know my friend is getting fed-up with the way Reimer is treating their drivers, but at least he has work, mostly.

Maybe John should check out Sobey's, they are hiring and I hear it's a great place to meet ladies.
