What have you found in your ktm 990 oil screens
today me being the trusting person i am decide to change the oil in my new to me 990 after being told that it just had a full service
. jk i am not that trusting! and found this in my one of oil screens. I sure am glad that screen was there!

That's the screen in the oil tank, right?
What the heck is that thing the PO dropped in the filler hole?

That looks like a valve clearance shim? Clean it up and give a us another photo, please

its very thin and smaller then a penny. looks took me like it might be a seal to the lid of an oil jug or something.

Lol it's ok I smashed it between a grounding rod and a pice of unistrut. It happens a month or two a go it does not hurt any more but it sure did then!!
