Yep, pretty much what Disston said. Anton's Oil Filter page is an industry-standard type of reference. His entire Website is a good read--well-written, and Anton is an excellent wrench.
It'd be a good idea to double-check the oil filter o-ring, just for peace of mind if nothing else. You'll only lose s couple ounce of oil and it's a good bonding exxperience... --Bill
