Old thread I know, but I just found this book on the IBA site. Really got my attention, I'll be ordering a copy soon. Yes I still read books. Seems like the KLR is truly a do anything bike. I know I really like mine. Can't wait to read about this adventure!

Just ordered it for the nook. Think it can be done on a Dr,I would love to go on an epic trip.

It can be done on any bike, it only takes 2 things.

I read it and enjoyed it.
It's more like a ride report than an actual book.
I was kind of upset that he lost his camera in Florida.
I was really hoping to see the pictures.
I even went so far as to try and see if anyone had posted the camera on Craigslist or elsewhere.
The book gives you a lot to think about if you plan on doing iron butt rides or cross country travel to Alaska and Canada.
