You'll need to use the adhesive mounting plate. Also, to get it to adhere properly, you need to use one of the 3M adhesion promoter pads (we have them for US $2.00), to insure that the mounting plate will stick. If you do it Sena's way, it'll fall off, our way, and it'll stay stuck.

If there is a better price out there than the one Adam (the RocketMoto head honcho) offers to ADVRiders I haven't seen it, and Adam knows everything there is to know about these things and gives world-class support when needed! http://www.advrider.com/forums/showthread.php?t=573145 |

My experience
I bought a dual system in 2010 before my better half and I did a 3 month tour of Europe later that year. From the start, we had issues with rider to pillion connectivity, which never went away. Despite resetting to default then starting from scratch again, the system kept letting us down. We could have good comms for a day or 2 then for no reason, we would have nothing. I never had any issue at all with communicating via Bluetooth with the zumo 550 or even listening to music, but when you are touring through the Dolomites and the scenery goes from stunning to more stunning, it is very frustrating losing commas. Just my experience.
Cheers. |

After buying the headset and the thing that sends the XM signal to the headset, I decided I like the old J&M system better. I'll have the all but new headset and the other thing that was never mounted and only charged once for sale.
I guess as I age, I'm turning into a luddite. |

I used the adhesive mount on my Nolan N104. Fits great, surface prep is the key.

Where to?
|
Anyone have their music player paired over the media channel pairing and phone paired over the phone only pairing? I have found that when I get a phone call through my phone that my music will pause like it's suppose to. When my phone call finishes the Sena will switch back to the music player. Yet I have no music. When I check it the player shows it is disconnected. I go to reconnect them and they Sena doesn't seem to ever know it was gone. I can tell because I will try to unpause the music and the Sena works like it's still connected when it's not. Has anyone had this issue?
The music player is the Samsung Galaxy 3.6 and the phone is the DuraXT.
