Where exactly are these picture locations? Great shots! Like to check it out. Been getting pounded up here too! Turned to a couple inches of snow twice but then got washed away. Riding will be excellent this weekend.

That is where highway 49 crosses the Yuba above Nevada City. It is the old bridge, which is up river from the new one. Here is a picture from the other side looking down at the highway used today.



That is how I am used to seeing the river. Here it is at its worst, and you can see why that bridge is no longer used.

If you take the Washington Road turn off Hwy 20 you can head to the town of Washington and there's dirt roads that will get you to the river also, Malakoff Diggings State park (Relief Hill Road) etc... dirt roads for miles and miles

that is great up there. I took my G/S over Henness a few years ago. Comes out at Verde, NV.
