Decent video - crappy music... I still want one though. I haven't seen much on them coming to the states lately - I wonder if that was bad info or they changed their minds.

Well, damn it! Still today, it's sorta one of these, although I've about decided to role my own based on an XL1200R, to get the increased ground clearance, cast wheels with tubeless tires, 3.3 gallon tank and better brakes...

Hubba! Hubba! Me Too! That GSX1400 might be the only Suzuki that has a chance of ever seeing the inside of my garage.

No idea, the police don't either.

I'm assuming it was a "contractor van" or pick-up truck though.

That looks just like my XJR1300, and let me tell you, she is every bit as fun as she looks in that picture! Gobs of torque, not that much power, delivered in complete smoothness. The vibration of the big engine lets you know you must be careful with the LOL grip, the power delivery is so smooth it's easy to forget how much torque there is. The downside is that, having an engine the size of a small car she has the same thirst for dinosaur juice than a car.

From what I've read, the GSX has even more torque and is less thirsty. :deal

One that does inter-state, or trans-continental blitzing like the Concours 14. Then, when the road becomes gravel, a toggle on the bar converts the bike to a 1200 GS, as needed. Then, as the wide gravel road becomes two track, another toggle of the switch it becomes an 800 GS. Further, when the two track becomes single track and technical, another toggle of this transformer switch has the bike converting to a 500 EXC. Lastly, exhausted from the all-in-one ride, the final switch toggle reverts back to the Concours 14 for the next destination or the ride home. :D
