I just got the same news (we are a Polaris dealer). Said they are keeping KLIM as a stand alone business, just under Polaris ownership and "will not be co-branding KLIM with Polaris branded apparel products and each brand will design and develop products with unique attributes, positioning and product characteristics."
This should be interesting.

This could be bad or good for KLIM ? If they could put their quality product under a multi branded label it might make a quality KLiM jacket or pant affordable on a working man budget.

I guess my concerns are that a) Polaris which has had bankruptcy issues in the recent past may still be a company tetering on the brink and will go down the tubes takin KLiM with it someday or that b) pretty soon KLiM gear will be made in Korea and sold at WalMart next to 'White Stag' snow pants.

I crash tested my Dubinki pants last weekend and it didn't faze them. I'll try to crash harder next time to see how they fare.
