Holy flashback BatGirl!
Opposite arm and no break, but I feel your pain. So sorry to hear about the accident, but certainly understand how up and running becomes down and out in nanoseconds. I've been back on my bike after my notorious CADVR dislocated elbow incident (95% back to normal) and understand the massive suckage that is not being able to ride. Fortunately you were with great folk like CSquared who definitely know the drill (thanks again for the help). Heal well, and hope to see you soon. - dp |

, hope the healing goes well! Spectacular x-ray!!I broke my leg many years ago and remember how horrible that feeling of the bones bumping into each other was. I did not have surgery but could not wait for them to start sticking together. You will be as good as new come spring time, bones heal much faster than any soft tissue damage. I was dancing (not well, but that had nothing to do with the cast) only a couple months after my break.

![]() I heard something about this through the local grapevine. Looks like the FdL ER? How did they treat you? I'm good freinds with the ER director. I'm sad I missed that event but we had a big Packer party planned. ![]() Zora good healings and if there was a good time for an accident along with healing time the winter is it. ![]() btw dirty boots and nail polish equals teh sechsay.

Get well soon, and get a great physical therapist. That's not going to be easy to come back from.
Well wishes to you.

Get well Zora!
Ouch. That looks painful. Broken bones do not sound fun, although it looks like you were having some. I hope all goes well in recovery so you can have some more next year. And whatever happened to simply resetting bones? If you set the bone right away you're usually fine, but now they want to rebreak that shit, put in metal fastners, break your other bones, WTF?! My grandpa broke his leg, set it himself, and just about killed the doctor when they tried to rebreak it at the hospital. He told them to get f..d and leave it alone.

Ouch, heal fast! Maybe some day I'll break out the dislocated ankle/broken fibula x-rays, but I won't take your thunder away just yet;)

Abracadabra! My surgeon worked some magic with 16 screws and 2 plate thingies and I should now be on my way towards being able to ride again.
![]() Thanks for all the luck and happy vibes that were sent my way.
