Gday mate, here in Kiwiland we could use a few of these (Kiwi Buell Riders), so what would be the cost of one shipped to New Zealand? Plenty of people keen to have one as a spare. Please let me know.

the app on me phone says same postage cost - total cost = $NZ 126 at todays conversion rate, I believe :)

Mate this is really great. Can we paypal you? I will find out how many want a spare. Just to make sure, I need a belt to suit an xb12ss or xb12x (i own the xb12x ulysses), which is a slightly longer belt than the xb9x etc. Here's hoping you can get both sizes (already have buyers for each size) and that they last for ages!!

Also there are some queries about 'heavy duty' vs. another type of belt. I think Harley offers their belt for the 'lifetime' of the bike, which is rubbish. I've heard usually around 40,000kms give or take 10,000kms. Anyhow is there any way to compare this with the 2 types of belts normally offered? Asking because I know a guy here who got the 'other' type of belt and got 8,000kms only!

the belts I posted about are heavy duty and appear to be as good if not better than the HD ones - I've been abusing one for about 2000 miles now, no sign of wear or problems. So it is an experiment but looking good.

OK Bryn, we will bite. I just want to make sure you can source the EXACT right belt for the right bike, since you are a long way away. At this stage I have 2 definites and possibly a 3rd buyer. So lets say 3 belts.

I need a belt to fit my Ulysses xb12x 2006, which is the longer belt (compared with xb12sx/xb9sx etc). Can you confirm this is available? If so, consider it sold.

The other two belts should fit a 2004 xb12s and 2010 xb12r.

Can you confirm and then send me your paypal address so i can get some money to you? Really appreciate your help too BTW! Its hard to find the Goodyear belts in NZ, and in the states they are so expensive that when they get here its over $300nzd! Also these belts are fibreglass reinforced internally and the Goodyear (buell/harley) belts are kevlar...so usually kevlar is stronger, but i'm still willing to try one:)
