The big GS is up on the lift getting set up for a new pair of Ohlins and a re-work of the electrical wires for my intercom, heated gear and accessories. As you can see its a mess. Wires everywhere. Why didn't I do this earlier.

Jeff .... getting the tank off was as easy as four mounts, two wires and two gas line connectors. From here on it will be a 10 minute job. Once I got the tank off I was able to find the bolt I dropped into the tank last year. Thanks goodness for stainless steel bolts.

When I pulled the battery out I discovered the negative terminal post was corroded and full of rust. I'm guessing its the reason the bike has been hard to start lately.

This is what I get to do today ........
