GPS mount,... $25 in parts More information

Hi,.. I wanted to post some more pictures for anyone intereted in making a GPS mount. They can be adapted for any bike. I put mine on my 99 GS. We are going to fabricate a bunch of them and sell them to help raise funds for the Manuelito Children's Home in NM. .. www.lostforareason.com , I looked into getting them eched with a logo and I think if we can do it and be competitive,.. it will be great to comemmorate and raise funds for the kids ! hopefully this link takes you to the pictures of fabrication. https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-6...206_212840.jpghttps://lh5.googleusercontent.com/-6...206_223616.jpg ...SORRY ! , I was trying to link to ALL the pics !... I posted about 60 on google+ under " Ron Grace" ,..If anyone wants,..e-mail me at mudisyourfriend@gmail.com for pics.

GPS holder on youtube

look at : http://youtu.be/vH6WxyDN-Zc , that should be my attempt at a how to on a homemade GPS holder. I will stay out of Hollywood, don't worry. I had a lot of inquiries about it so I thought I'd put it up there.

Nice job on the Ohlins regardless of the kit you bought. Transformative.

Looking forward on your comments on the improved handling. I'm considering Dunlop RoadSmart II myself.

All these really neat ideas and fantastic projects. I always hated how far my 1200GS leaned over on the kick stand and decided to take on a big project today. Ice arena 1/2 block away for a Hockey Puck, two self tapping screws, a little saws-all action, and about 10 strokes with a file. A whole 10 minutes and $1.50 invested. BIG project. but hey it worked.
