MrPDiddy,
Not much impresses me in mc's these days but your bike is just very nicely done. Had to right click for a new screen saver pic, it comes on very well. Curious about suspension mods for racing if any and the single front brake, was that OEM? What year is your machine? And thanks, bill

Another tip is to make a loop for your seat Dzus before you lose it like this ![]() ![]() And if you are into fabrication move your battery here as on the factory bikes, ![]() So you can make a toolbox for under the seat like this ![]() The factory bikes had bigger rear tanks which touched in the middle like Andys 05 Dakar Motorex 660.

Reckon you're right, I've always thought it looks 'tucked in' to the centre of the bike or something. The Rallye has an angled rear guard extender, compared to the 640's more nearly vertical one, which looks more like the EXCs racier-looking angled extender.

Hello Oossie
I'm overhauling a 660 year 2002 in Mongolia and I have glassfiber panels covering both front and rear tank can't find that on your picures of your bike are your tanks painted directly on the tanks ? I have been looking in the parts manual as well and can't find the panels in the manual. Maybe the other owners could answer as well if they have knowledge about the side panels. |

These panels are not stock, the tanks are normally painted directly.
