I didn't know it had been used already. Guess you guys don't need anymore clues. I wanted to tag the crash site but didn't find it. I did pass one green gate that looked a bit more heavy duty than anything else I'd seen. No sign or anything on it tho. I guess the air force wants to keep it non descript. Part of one bomb was never recovered.

Correct me if I am wrong Ray, but isnt that one of the "rescued" tags we had? I have NO CLUE where it is, just remember seeing it. LW, its not a repeat if its in a new tag thread

Not really. It only sat for a few days. I got Bruced by about 1 hour since I cannot post on the road. One of the triangle guys grabbed it.

It isn't a repeat here, even if it was who cares it is about riding anyway. That is a 3 hour trip at least for me so I'm not in a hurry for it.

it was a bit of searching when I found it but if you gave the name of the missle it would make the search easier.

Another NOT THE GRAB.
Can't remember what game it was in. Think it was the NC. It's shown up in at least one other game (one of the wildcard games?) too.
If my addled old brain isn't completely dysfunctional, Flashback and Schnabba may also have NOT THE GRAB pics of this.

Checked and mine's from this past February. Nice ride out there from here and I don't think I've been back that way since.
Hmm...

Damn.. everybody in this game knows where it is already. I've been searching the internet and still don't know what it is or how it got way out there? I should have posted the marker in the 1 stoplite town instead. We got there 10 min before their Christmas parade started quite a crowd. I was gonna pull the Easy Rider stunt but my wife reminded me we were short on time.didn't want to get arrested for parading without a permit either.

It's one of these:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Matador_missile

Just went back and checked and Flashback posted it in the NC game. Both T6D and I went for it old school (no smartyphones). I'm pretty sure I've seen Schnabba post it somewhere else, but it's outside the TriTOR boundaries, don't see it in the ABC game and it predates the Eastern NC game, so I'm not sure where it might have been.

From what I can tell from five minutes of searching, the bomber crash site is at the other end of the same road this tag is on.

I think you may be thinking of the fighter on display that sat for weeks down near Cherry Point. A posse rescued that a good while back.

I remember the fighter jet being a rescue. Benny led the ride down there. Wasn't sure about this one. All these people know where it is and still sitting??? NC tag is close enough for me to grab but I didn't see it until after I got home :(

Well the I moved the NC TAG already but it is still local enough for you to ride for it. If you want to know where this one is I will tell you and you can go get it.

I saw that after I posted but it was still in my grabbing range. It has been got to but I have a feeling it's going to stay around Fayettenam.

Safe from me. I had every intention of the triple grab today, but scrapped it after a windy ride to Hope Mills. I'm back to work on Thursday, so I don't see myself getting another chance to go out for this one until the weekend.

Just got the okay from the wife to ride the bike to the family's house in Tramway this weekend. She'll be visiting her parents. I'll be out riding! Yeah! And I got my preloved can coming in the mail on Friday.

See you guys soon!

That puts you in close striking range of this tag, and the Eastern NC tag.

Oh, and the NC Tag just landed in Sanford.
