Those are factory plastics that I bought online. The bike was solid blue originally. You can get transparent Valencia Orange or Blue air filter covers and fly screens. The air filter covers also come in transparent red, but not the screen. The chin spoiler is the original gray and black piece.

I never buy parts for any of my bikes at a dealership. There is nothing you can't find online. I still get brand new parts for my 1968 military truck online- and for less than you'd imagine. Example- $14 for a front axle shaft still wrapped in Cosmoline. Parts for a 7-2 year old Buell? Nothing to it. Badweatherbikers is also full of knowledgeable people to help. I think more people use that than any HD dealership even before they shut down Buell. Besides that, Eric Buell Racing is another well known source.
