Technically illegal to ship via USPS. Not sure about UPS/Fed Ex.

I don't think I could work for the factory I would always be drinking and never riding.

Back when it was made by Old Dominion (and Dominion was a VIRGINIA brewery) it was really good. I don't believe I have had it recently.

From my personal interview with a Virginia ABC agent on the subject at the ABC office adjacent to the Franconia DMV office, the answer to your question is:

"No."

Not legally.

Maybe between licensed dealers in two states, but . . . the revenue and administration complexities might put the exercise in the "Too Hard" box, not to mention the "Too Expensive" one.

That's the result of my research; others may know of practicable, legal ways for a private citizen to ship alcoholic beverages interstate--haven't found one yet, myself. Neither USPS, FedEX, nor UPS will knowingly consign the cargo, in my experience.

CREDIT CLAIMED: I have NOT invoked the, "Transporting mynahs across staid lions for immortal porpoises," pun.

Yes by special two-wheeled delivery (GS) with careful personal packaging via HBN's bladder, though I suspect the receiver won't like the post bottled taste

Hey, I've known some people who drank their urine regularly. Don't knock it until you've tried it

(not me)
