Whats the best deal you guys know of? My Brother is ready to pull the trigger on a 990.West Coast preferred

I bought a new 990 R a few weeks ago. I paid $12,999 {tax, title and freight not included). Then added new exhaust, skid plate, handlebar risers, tank bag, panniers etc. for another $3+k. Im spending my money before the govt. gets it
