Strangely, I woke up this morning feeling a lot better about the four broken aluminum shifters my LC4E has wracked up.

But damn. Usually the shift lever breaks off. Which is ideal. EDIT: Breaks off and leaves the spindle intact, that is.

I have the same bike...I think collapsing shift levers are in order.

I actually work at a dealership here in ne florida so were taking care of it. and i realized last night that the shifter on the crf250l isnt a folding design. I'll be replacing it with a part that should hold up a little better.
Thank god i'm not havin to pay retail for any of this.

This was supposed to be a fun putt around bike while my cbr is down this winter.
for 96.38/ month you cant beat the value/ fun.
