Any information regarding Pirelli motorcycles?
One of the accidental benefits of restoring my old Airhead has been getting to know my Dad again.
In his youth my father rode. But due to a pretty bad accident, he stopped. As the BMW is just about done (with the caveat that it will never really be 'done' ;) ), I've been toying with the idea of our next project together. He's mentioned in his youth running a Pirelli Motorcycle. Smaller bike (150cc?). Unfortunately, I can't find any solid information on Pirelli motorcycles let alone anything that would match the basic profile I've been able to gather from our discussions. Its possible I misunderstood him. But if anyone has any information regarding Pirelli Motorcycles (50+ years ago?) I would very much appreciate it. thanks in advance, --e 72' bmw r75/5 |

While its clear his was a small, fast and extremely enjoyable bike ;) The ability to zero in on images of bikes / parts, etc. remains the easiest way of communicating. Parilla and Benelli are enough for me to start at least pulling together a few images I can use to iterate on. Thanks! And to others, keep the options coming ;) And any background on Pirelli motorcycles (if they made them) is still appreciated. --e |
