any current news/status regarding Punta San Francisquito in Baja?

I'm planning a Baja ride in late February, am wondering if the palapas/store at San Francisquito is open, and whether they have gas or not?

I have heard of a place approximately 15-20 miles inland, Rancho Piedra Blanca, that has lodging/gas, but would rather stay on the beach.

Any recent/current info would be greatly appreciated.

I dont know I haven't ridden there in a couple years, but hoping to in March 13' if I hear of anything I'll let you know
