Add electric starter to a 2010 KTM 250 SX-F?

I am looking at my first KTM and just test road a 2010 KTM 250 SX-F. The bike is amazing but I would need to add an electric starter and lights. Can this be done and aprox for how much?

How about a 350EXC instead?

I think a 350 is to big for me. I am 5'6 140lbs and was on my tippy toes with the 250. That is one of the main reasons I need the electric starter. I know I am going to be stuck in the woods on a hill and will not be able to kick start the bike. I have a bad feeling I will not be able to afford or add a starter. I really want this bike...
