Electrification and etc..

Hello Guys!..I'm still here ) Time is still rush around...And i spend time for new wiring harness, rebuilding rear shock and make some small things around bike..
I was made new harness from two old and some new a bit thicker wires.
Some time i was thinking above new scheme but start make it at freehand) and scheme remained at my mind..

I Take One one out from stator to DC which powered Power let , KTM Fan, Hot grips and all around stock lighting
Second Out is for AC 100w BD Headlight through Relay..
All sockets and relays was mounted behind Headlight..

all new waterproof sockets was soldered

Last parts was arrived to me several weeks ago...so rear shock was rework and still waiting gas filling.

Was Made new peg studs from hardened bolts

This is my thoughts about some wind screen...first pattern.

And it's not the End! ))) Have A Good Time And Riding! PEACE!

Pure Shanti day! The day after New Year

It Was one of the beautiful day in the year ! All around silently ) System and people was dreaming..
And i was glad to do some work under my project..

But back to several days before..
I continuing with wires and lights, and i made some dimmer for Fog Led light with parallel switch(I have direct handle bar low beam selection on 100% power) on two selection Hi 70% and low 30% of full power (30W) I Think it will be used for parking camp light or another needs. This Led will going on RAM mount system for full 360 degrees using.

Shock was filled nitrogen gas, and mounted on the bike..

Install new Sumo clutch, i thought that it japan made but appeared made in china, only japan design..ebay seller cheated with description!
So will check it one the way))

Cover was part polished and varnished ..I like natural wear)

little bit strengthen sub frame

Build some guard for chain guide

packing wires and blocks

Now doing oil tank/storage...for this process i fix some my mistakes with tune welder and starting use the pedal..
All the experience! I'm glad to learn)

Check for leaking..

Fix old mount holes with epoxy )improves not worse a new)

it's almost complete!

One thing about this Exhaust system! i used T4 slip on before.. Now it's Full system and great difference ! This pipe is more quiet and make start the bike very smooth and lite.. I think this construction do more torque to bottom ,and keep more flow pressure in exhaust tract, also i use not drilled side filter cover.

To be continued..

I'm really impressed by your build so far, Mikhail. Everything is so clean and precise. The same goes for your workshop! I can't wait to read your future ride report too.

Was it difficult/expensive to clear customs and register the motorcycle which you imported from the USA?

между прочим, я сам жил несколько лет в России в 90-х, и нередко думаю (мечтаю?) о райде в РФ. Не сможете вы рекомендовать какой-то мотофорум в рунете?
