Completely stock looking bike with almost new Pirelli Scorpions and wheels recently rebuilt with stainless spokes at a total cost of over £500 (original spokes go rusty!). A few very minor scuffs but nothing serious. Goes and sounds fabulous just as they should!

I just cannot seem to get on with this bike, its great, BUT my issues with it are,
1/ tank range is poor, light is on at 115 miles, 90 if pressed.
2/ not an easy ride, having no flywheel it thrives on revs but wont 'slog' like my cally, under 55 in top is a pain.
3/Pillion agony, my wife hates it, the suspension is harsh, fine solo but on the back it NOT nice Im told.
4/ Id forgotten what a pain having a chain is.
5/ it seem to take FOREVER to warm up.

Anyway, the bike has just passed the 3000 mile mark, it has a rear rack in the pics, now removed but included, I have just bought some 'cans' for it hoping de-catting it would free it up a little and allow a bit more flexibility and these would be available by extra negotiation. The rear tyre is getting a bit close too. It also has a hugger, fender extender and crash bung thingies.
It has a few services in the book INCLUDING belt change.

These were a short run and ran with the sport classic and the Paul Smart, the latter two bikes are now fetching more than when new, these are all becoming VERY sought after, so this would be a good investment with minimal depreciation, if any.

The bike is extremely light and quiet, goes VERY well but I just dont seem to be gelling with it.

£4500 however I would prefer a swap really, cash either way.
I would like :-Guzzi............ Stelvio / Cally vintage /V11 lemans / Lemans V.

Id consider:- Victory / KTM Adventure / Aprillia Caponord / tenere 660 etc. Anything British and OLD.

I have used a Firm BLD for bike transport, they are very good and I am happy to sort transport out if needs be.

I am touring Europe for six months on my Mille GT Guzzi, but would love to park this somewhere, and do the tour on a Falcone, call me twisted, but slow and steady wins the race.
