BMW Xmoto Dual Sport Tires

Hi all,

I just picked up an Xmoto, and want it to be stable on gravel and fire roads. I'm running TKC80s on my Triumph Scrambler and have been pleased with them both on and off road.

I see they make a 120/70 front, but no 160/60 rear. Will the 150/70 rear be okay, or should I look at something different? The only think I see so far is the MT60 or the Distanzia. I've run the Distanzia on a WR250x before, and it was a good tire but hoped for more traction and honestly, I do like the aggressive "look" of the TKC (poser I know...).

I'm not a hooligan rider, but like to corner when the opportunity presents itself. Like I said, the TKC tires have been great. My scrambler pegs out well before the tires even hint at balking. I'm pretty motivated to try the 150 rear, but wondering if those more experienced think its a bad idea...

Any suggestions? Any pics?

Edit-

Went ahead with the TKC80 front and rear. So far so good, we will see how many miles we get out of the rear.
