Yes, I got it at Erico in Denver, on my way to Kansas to bow hunt whitetail. Got to ride it while out there, and did another 200 miles back at home before it snowed and got cold... I managed to put 550 miles on her and got the first service out of the way before winter. Hopefully, Santa will bring me a few "farkles" tomorrow!! Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD |

It's a tiny Joe Rocket $45 tank bag. I don't know the exact name, but I got it at a local dealership.

Magnetic tank bag
Beware the soft clearcoat on a new Triumph, the magnets of a tank bag will permenantely indent the fabric into the finish. I had a manta XL bag from my last bike that fit pretty well on the XC, so I stuck it on there early on for a trip. Fortunately I was aware of the issue from painting the tank on that former bike so I checked the XC and sure enough, it marred the paint. Also fortunately I took it off soon enough that they flowed back out and went away and didn't become permanent. I imagine it takes up to six months or more for the clearcoat to fully harden.
I am now using a Wolfman enduro bag, and remove it after each trip to make sure there isn't dirt between it and the tank. Marks are hard to see on the white tank, but if you have a dark color watch out!!

Tigers R great.

Some additional info here :- that socket/plug has three wires. The black, middle one is earth. One of the other ones is switched with the key, the other one is a permanent 12V, unswitched. Can't remember what colour is what but you can soon test to find out.

Why are you guys over looking the Triumph tank bags? We used both on our trip, see signature below. The adventure bag is much better for long trips, cool harness set up and easy to fill your tank. I used the city bag. A little too small for me traveling for 44 days but I did it. No harm done to the tank and they look good too.
If you see typos it's my phones fault!

Soph9,
I wish I had the Jesse's panniers that you used on your trip. Those were nice! |

The ones from the Tigers were supposed to be sold for charity but someone has dropped the ball and I am not sure who...too bad...we rode for Autism and Al Jesse said he would get them sold & donate 100% the proceeds...we shipped them to a "dealer" in Canada a long time ago but nothing has been done although Jesse Luggage follows our blog and I have asked them a number of times what's going on...oh well...

Hey guys. i know this is a picture thread, but need some advice from the few.
This may have been covered, but as a newby to offroading, I am keen to get some feedback on different pegs. Pivot Pegs - http://www.pivotpegz.net/ vs Fixed Pegs - http://www.motorradgarage.com.au/pro...product_id=224 My thoughts: Pro: Pivot would allow a bit of movement and flexibility when riding over tough terrain. Con: Pivoting pegs could make it difficult/awkward for rear braking and gear shifting?? (Still getting used to it anyway) PROS & CONS... and... go... CHAOS!
