Sounds like you're having a great time - enjoy what's there while you have the chance. If you're an Island girl, the urge to return here will always be very strong. It took me 26 years to finally get back here, though I still commute to my job at YVR. In a way, it's the best of both worlds - the excitement of that place and the calmness of the North Cowichan. We shop in the same stores it would seem, though I sometimes head to MEC and the like for other things.

I thought it was lunch - and it was supposed to be on me...

Hats off to ya, fitness training is good idea...

All those Christmas treats I've had has only added to the food blister... Come new year things will have to change and then I can get fit enough for spring training...
