Well, I do like to keep them clean

I do kinda go overboard on the detailing (but I ride 'em too!) My '82 GS750E:

My old ZR-7S

I have/have had many super-clean rides. I could show you many more, but that would be bragging

Detailing secrets

Well I very rarely wash a bike. I wash them once, very thoroughly, then I just make sure to spend ten minutes wiping them down with damp paper towels after every ride. Other than that, I wax them with Nu Finish a couple of times a year, and I go through lots of Q-tips.

The TW200 forum is down due to viruses!.
Even another web site as to where too go for purchase would be quite helpful!.On a side not,I'm almost ready to buy a Shorai battery for the TW;a bit expensive, but no more worries about spilling or leaking acid(s)!.
I think Earth X is a better deal with the balancing circuitry built in.

Oil Cooler

I have asked this question in a couple of other threads but no response. So I was looking at the South American Yamaha site today and was ogling the XTZ-250 "Lander" and the XTZ-250 "Tenere" (same guts different looks) and realized they use the same air cooled 250cc engine as the XT-250. However it appears that these bikes have oil coolers (you can see the two black metal lines). Why is this?

I would guess that it's probably due to the Lander and and 250T being set up more as "touring" bikes and the extra capacity and oil cooling would allow for longer oil change intervals. They probably don't list any different intervals, but more oil and less temp is going to let the oil stay "fresh" longer.
