Hi All,
I am heading to the Seattle IMS show tomorrow afternoon and then after the show spending some time with a Racetech center up in Idaho so I will not be back until after the new year. I will try and get the existing bike questions answered over the next few days at the show so please bear with me on this. Those that are going to the Seattle IMS show I look forward to meeting you and discussing suspension improvements or just some friendly conversation. Terry |

Hi Inmates,
It was a pleasure to meet some of you at the Seattle IMS show, After talking to several I quickly found out we needed to get a Triumph 800 Roadie in the shop for some R&D. At the show I talked to a rider that was willing to send his forks in and we now have them here at Racetech. We will be working up some specs on them and getting some product out directly after the new year on this model. We also have the bike coming in after the new year for the rear shock specs and workup. We should not have any issues supplying either rebuild/revalve kits or the G3-S shock shortly after the new year. I would like to thank all for the feedback on the results they have had using Racetech products and wish all Inmates a Happy New Year from Racetech. Terry |

Greetings - I have a 2013 KTM 500 in California and as a short arse for the first time in 25 years of racing and riding I'm thinking of lowering the suspension an inch. The new frames are just sooooo tall for midgets coming from 07 and earlier framed bikes..
The new valving on the KTM is fine for me (compared to pre 2011 KTM suspension) just curious on lowering options. Can you outline specifically why i would need to revalve if the suspension is sent to you for spacers to accomplish the lowering front and rear? If pleased with the current valving is there a rationale reason why lowering would necessitate a revalve? If you can PM me the cost of just lowering spacers installed and revalve and lowering? Thanks for your time.

I just purchased (three weeks ago) rear shock shaft assy, front and rear springs and cartridge emulators for my DR650 without seeing your post. My bad for not checking here first. Nice to see RT on the forum.

Terry, do you have any idea when the shock and fork kit spec's and pics for Honda's new cbr250r will be up on the web site? I really need to this toy finished up.
![]() ps: your ADV discount has more appeal than what Louie offered at the Long Beach show.

Terry,
I spoke with you at the Minneapolis IMS last weekend about upgrading a Suzuki DL 1000 shock for my 2008 DL 650. I have the Customer Service Request form filled out and I going to ship the shock this afternoon. I decided to go with Race Tech after learning about your products on this forum. Thank you for your help and the 15% discount. Tony McGrane |

i guess this is a good place to ask
![]() any chance for a quote for a 2005 KTM 625SMC fork/shock rebuild and revalve, and probably springs. they are not on the site, the 2004 SXC shows 43mm forks, mine are 48mm. would like more of a dual sport/road setup. if i can get a quote you can go ahead and add in the gold valves if available so i can see the $$ difference. thanks, chris
