V-Strom - no, not because it's a bad bike, just because once is enough. That and there are better alternatives now that were not available in 2006.

Both KTM's - Hell yes. 'nuff said

yes... yes and yes ... R80G/S and R90S

got me riding again after many years off. 73 HD Superglide sitting for many years. when I stumbled on 74 R90S with 7,300 miles, last ran 25+ years ago.

got hooked on airheads, which led to R80G/S, which has turned into my main ride.

Would?

How about I WILL. I'm going too. I even have to.

It might last a long time, but it won't last forever.

There will always be a Ford Pickup in my drive. (Several likely)
And I suspect there will always be a Super Tenere.

Instead of collecting the Fords, why not fix one, that way you won't have several? Or buy a Dodge?

Ha! But, how do you know I don't have a Dodge? :)

Gotta 2003 Ram Cummins for my son in college who fishes. (He needed 4 WD)
Originally bought him a F250 Diesel with a 6 speed manual. He thought "Stick" made him cool. My other son, (college dropout moron) I got him a Ranger. (Beater.......he didn't "earn" a real truck. Get his own)

The wife loves to travel in a quiet F150. We chase the first sons football team all over the country.

And there is an F350 7.3 out there that just won't die. It does need new speakers.

So I'm not sure about "fix"ing any of them. They don't break. :)

Good thread.

Suzuki m50: My first bike, still own it, ton of fun on city streats. Wouldn't buy again only because I need something for longer trips and I'm realizing i'm falling out of love with cruisers. Probably will be sold this spring. I'd recommend this bike for any new rider. it's a great fun bike to get your feet wet and have great fun in the process

Victory Hammer: I wouldn't buy it again. Too big, heavy and not very comfortable. It goes fast in a straight line, but it just doesn't put a smile on my face like the m50 does. Just wasn't what I expected, not for me i guess. Will be sold this spring as well.

An adv bike (strom or tenere) is next on the list. Test ride pending.

Of my current bikes:

The Concours - no question, I'd definitely have another one. But, it is not for sale - it's now done 88,000km and I'm looking forward to see it click over 100,000 in 2013. Then I'll just keep riding it...

The Vee - I love it to bits and only have had it just under 2 years. If it was suddenly gone I'd miss it but possibly look at a smaller Adv bike next time.

Oh, and I miss my RF900 and especially my VTR1000...

Absolutely! Although only sporting 223cc and 17hp on a good day, the XT has done everything I've asked of it, from gnarly single-track to all-day highway cruising, for the past 8k miles without any issues. It's been a blast...

GS 500 - I would buy it again as first bike, but I think I won't have another middle size naked.

Wee Strom - I would buy it again and again! Every single part of this bike keeps me amazed. Well, you already know about this Beast!

After some fairing cleaning and restoring...

Yes I would but only if I don't have to farkle it again. It's a great bike but so many things you need to buy to make it a great ride

2012 650 V-Strom: Yes - it's fun to ride and perfect for my needs at the moment.

2008 WR250R: No - it's a good bike, but for the kind of off road riding I do, a could use a lighter bike with better suspension. (possible a KTM Freeride or EXC350..?)
