Update
Mama got a new suede KTM seat for Christmas as the Renazco with the airhawk still did not work well for her. I have also ordered a Backup adjustable backrest to replace the Jesse Box she currently leans against. She seems happier already just sitting on the seat in the garage on Christmas. I like the Renazco and I have a feeling that I will be the one using the Airhawk now!
For Sale: Jesse TopBox (Silver) Renazco Ergo Seat

Hey Pussboy,
Just saying. When I ride 2 up with my wife I have her sit on a memory foam bathroom rug! Really...sounds goofy but you can buy at wallmart cheap and cut to fit. Works for real. My wife loves it. Renazco seat too BTW. KJ

Thanks for all the ideas guys. I am hoping the adjustable backrest will do the trick, even if she still has to use the
Airhawk. I looked hard at other bikes but can't find one that I like better! Sent from my DROID RAZR using Tapatalk 2

I have a stock seat and a seat that was altered by Australian Cumfy MC Seats. Dam the stock one is uncomfortable. The other is a lot easier to do longer rides, but I am still contemplating a Recanzo.
I have both of mine 4 sale thinking if they go I will have some of the cash for the Rencanzo. I hope its ok to link my add here, otherwise mods please remove. http://www.gumtree.com.au/s-ad/como/...at-/1011393940 In the pics you can see the difference between the 2. The wife loves the Cumfy one. But she rarely rides on the back so my wanting to try the Recanzo. Cheers |

We have used '04 950 standard seat, KTM Gel Seat (07 I think) and now a 990 Dakar Faux-Suede seat.
She could do about hour on the standard seat and was pretty happy on the Gel Seat (rode across Russia, Central Asia, Mongolia). On the 990 with the Suede Seat she is pretty happy sometimes on it for an entire tank. I think the key to keeping Mama happy is stopping often enough. If you are travelling it shouldn't be a rush. All that said she is pretty compliant - we have riding around in the cold - some days down to -6ºC (20ºF) with minimal complaint.
