R vs standard spring rate

ok, we all know the R is taller then a standard adv, but is the spring rate different?

i am still jumping back and forth on my decision, i guess i really need two of them...

The "R" spring is softer. 140 for the "R" and 150 for the others. Forks have the same rate.
