Last night was epic once again! After 7 hours of riding I was beat. Glad I cut it short after our dinner feast. Got 2 blocks from the burrito stand and one of my hoses blew and hot coolant covered my leg. Had to push it home, checked it out this AM and found the hose cut through on a tab on the radiator.
Overall a beautiful nights ride!

I'm in the market for a 2004 or 2007 California plated KTM 450 or 525 EXC. Anyone local have one they're looking to sell or seen one offered at a fair price? Already browsed the Craigslist ads and have a 2007 450 on my short list. Price is ok, but debating if I should hold out for a 525.

Shop condition and price...450 or 525, it's only a 60cc difference. 2007 seems to be the best year model. Plated a must!

These are great bikes, my 04' 525 has 250 hours and 5500 miles and is running strong with no major issues.

a tad off topic; Has anyone ever made moonshine? I am watching how to videos on youtube, and honestly, if I can rebuild a motor, how hard could it be to make some shine? If it works out, I might even bring some to a tasting at the summit.

Just you! I rode all day on the street. Laguna Beach to Sunken City again in San Pedro...love that place. brad, send grinch or nelly a tell, they know some areas that are LEGAL to ride, but keep it on the down low. They've showed me, but I had to ride with my eyes covered, so I don't remember where they are.
