I had one of your seats on my GS and loved it, so I thought this might be a good option. How about just answering the questions in the thread that you started? Seems like a good option under the circumstances

I agree with above. Subscribe to the thread YOU began and get instant email notification without having to check back in. That's how it's done efficiently. Anything less is pretty lame.

I PM'd 10 hours ago AND left a VM just now which should not be necessary. But lets give him a chance. His initial offer was generous though follow-up has been less so?

Well I know have my own reason to not trust Bill aka Rocky Mayer. Several days ago I responded to this thread HE started And I also PM'd him. His response: ... ? No response

A few days ago I called his 800 number because he said he would call back right away. His actual response: no response even though the holiday is well over.

Conclusions:
1) He spammed this thread by never responding effectively
2) his customer service is still worse than Russell Day Long, which supports several other riders experiences over the past few years
3) he will not get my business
