they are not really covers...just the plastic you see is what BMW calls a rad cover

Centerstand

the one thing I just swapped on my 2012 was I removed the ram horn center stand and installed the new straight stand from the 2013 f800GS, it doesn't feel as solid when up on the stand but the extra inch you get for your foot on the stand between the passenger peg and the straight legs make it a breeze to pop up on the stand. The older design may have been more solid once up on it but it was a struggle to get open with Enduro boots(or any for that matter) and you didn't have much leverage to pop it up once you found it.

The old windscreen fits the 2013. ....at least my Powerbronze I had on my 2009 fits my 2013 fine.

Here is what you need. http://blackdogcw.com/black-dog-shop...er-detail.html

Same type of setup as the Clearwater lights.

Do you have pics? I'd like to see what your using. I read in many places that the 12s don't wrap around like the 13's.

I put a Touratech large touring windscreen on my 2013 and it fit fine but it wasn't specific to just 2013.

Anyone find a light bar for the 2013 yet? I've had my Clearwater Kristas sitting on the workbench for a few months waiting for a suitable mount.

I got the OEM BMW 'retrofit' aux lights for mine. Not cheap at around $800 for parts but I really like they way they mount and are controlled by the left side handlebar switch. I didn't watch the dealer install them so don't know exactly what the brackets fasten to on the bike.

I already have a set of lights... just no way of mounting them. Would you mind providing some close ups of how the lights mount to the bar-thingy? I might be able to fab up some sort of adapter to mount the Kristas to.

It's about 3/4" between the 'clamps' on the bracket. This is as good as I can do without removing the fairing. I was going to try and do that and take some more photos, but am leaving on a 4 week trip the end of next week so I don't know if I will get that done.

Thanks for the pics, Charlie! I've got the wheels turning. Maybe I can use these mounts with some home made adapters....
