Actually, there are 4 acres...Plenty of room for a WetFest....

Man have you ever lived in that area? There is no employment what so ever. Coos County is depressing, unless you hunt and fish. I lived there 19 years and then was paroled and moved to the Valley. Lots of employment and you can ride any direction, not up the coast or down the coast.
That said, good luck, and I will aks around with some of my friends who are still there. |

The steelhead fishing is slow this year.the weather has been wet,we got snow down low, but you put the time in,youll get get fish.there is plenty of riding in this area,if you ride more than pavement.unemployment aint the best,but there are jobs if you dont mind working at what your not use to,thats including pay.work hard and not get paid alot is what you get paid for,not unless youv been to college,then you might get better pay.
but there is less than 63.000 people in this area,old growth trees you can crash into with your bike,riding in places most people would not belive and then if you like sand,there is alot of sand with a ocean within sight. plus the highest ranked golf courses in the states within half a hour away.. what more can you ask for.
