Ok, site is up. Roadbook video is in the works.
I am working on getting dedicated hardware on a fast pipe for this. That should help speed things up. The biggest slowdown last year was me trying to upload 1080p video.

Let me do another call out to the nice members who provided me with content and encoding last year. If you can do the same this year, please PM me and give me details of what you did in the subject. My inbox is overflowing.
